Amanda
Hi, my name is Amanda, and I am reaching out in hopes of finding a benefactor who can help me avoid eviction during an incredibly difficult chapter of my life. In February 2025, I was diagnosed with invasive ductal carcinoma, and my life changed overnight. In April, I underwent a bilateral mastectomy and port placement surgery, followed by 8 weeks of recovery. Six months later, I had phase two reconstruction surgery along with port removal, requiring another 6 weeks away from work to heal. By the grace of God and the support of my medical team, I am now in remission and 6 months post-op. While I am deeply grateful for my recovery, the financial impact of cancer treatment and time away from work has been overwhelming. Between surgeries, medications, and everyday living expenses, I exhausted my savings trying to stay afloat. During this process, my car was also repossessed, creating even more hardship. No one ever expects to face circumstances like this, and I certainly never imagined I would be here asking for help. I have done everything I can to keep going, but I am now facing eviction and urgently need assistance to stabilize my housing and rebuild after this difficult journey. I humbly ask for any support, kindness, or assistance you may be able to offer. Every contribution, prayer, and share means more than words can express. Thank you for taking the time to read my story and for considering helping me during this time
